The Role
Job Title: Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Calderdale. You will work closely alongside your colleagues to provide support with housing related matters, offering guidance relating to eviction and accessing suitable accommodation and providing budgeting and benefit advice, with the aim of building independent living skills.
We are looking for someone who is committed to supporting the people we work alongside with needs such as housing, homelessness, debt, offending, substance misuse, mental health issues and learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will carry out assessments of people's needs and create personalised support plans whilst working in partnership with other agencies to ensure that wrap around support is continued and enhanced.
