We have immediate openings for school run minibus drivers in the Southampton area.Your working hours will vary depending on the run you are allocated and will be Monday to Friday. Mornings and afternoons during term time only.
Opportunity for other work in the evenings, weekends and during school holidays.
As the driver, you will usually be teamed up with an Escort who looks after the children whilst in the Vehicle. We try to maintain continuity for the children by ensuring that the driver, Escort, and route remain unchanged as much as possible. A fully maintained vehicle will be supplied (work use only)
*Requirements
Transporting the same child or children to and from school, 5 days a week
No previous experience necessary as full training will be provide
Required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
Valid D or D1 Licens
Valid PSV Licens
Valid CPC Car
Must be over 25 years (For Insurance Purposes
*Responsibilities
*To transport children to and from school during term time, 5 days a week, Monday to Frida
*To ensure passengers are picked up and dropped off at the specified times and location
*To maintain a clean vehicle at all time
*To obey all traffic laws at all time
*Assist students in getting in and out of the vehicle if require
*Attend any safeguarding training as required. Please note this vacancy may close at any time, therefore early submission of your application is highly encourage
