Sales Advisor/ Sales Executive - Exeter
Our client, a busy and reputable housing developer, are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their team in Exeter.
Permanent role - Sales Advisor working in Cranbrook or Exeter.
• Great salary plus excellent commission
• Experienced sales team to work alongside
• Multiple sites in the local area of Exeter.
Day to day:
• Speaking to potential customers
• Showing customers around show homes and plots on site
• Managing your busy diary
• General Sales Advisor duties
• Returning and making telephone calls throughout the day
• Working well with the rest of the team
• Speaking to Site Managers and Surveyors etc. daily
• Helping the process stay smooth throughout for the customer
• Dealing with queries
Requirements:
• Experience as a Sales Advisor with a house builder would be desireable
• Good knowledge of new build sales
• Excellent telephone manner
• Customer service experience
• Friendly and approachable
• UK driving license
• Available for weekend work
