About us:
We are working with a well a well-known traffic management company, having grown from strength to strength, and now regarded as one of the leading traffic management companies in the UK, our client strategy for continued growth has created an opportunity for an IPV Driver to join the team.
A full UK driving licence is required along with great communications skills, a great work ethic and the ability work both in a team and individually. A 12AB qualification is required and experience within the industry is preferred.
The general hours of work are 48 hours per week (12 hours per shift) and due to the industry, some of these shifts may be over the weekend, evenings and nights. You may be required to work overtime during busy periods.

We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.
All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:
• Streetworks Operative
• Trainee Operative
• M1 / M2 Operative
• M3 / M4 / M5 Operative
• M6 Supervisor
• 12C Operative / 12C Supervisor
• 12AB Operative / 12AB Forman / 12AB IPV Operative / 12AB IPV Foreman
• TSCO
Scope of Role:
Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
Duties may include:
• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Always ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and
• Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
Skills & Experience
• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check
• Right to Work in UK Team Player Qualifications
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
