Summary
We would like you to be a team player and be able to show concentration and dedication to the role. Previous experience of grading is not required, as full training will be provided. In addition, we will support you to complete an accredited level 4 Diploma in Diabetic Eye Grading (Agored Cymru) which is a requirement for the role. DESW is undergoing continual improvement and adaptation to meet the demands of a busy screening programme, and is reviewing new ways of working. Currently the role is office-based. Please see job description and person specification for more details Hours worked will be on a rota basis between 07:00 and 20:00, occasionally weekend working will be required.
