Summary
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct demolition activities to provide a clean slate for envisioned projects.
Perform various construction tasks, including framing, roofing, siding, and finishing work.
Install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, faucets, toilets, and showers in accordance with specified requirements and building codes.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards at all times.
Utilise tools and techniques to optimise construction processes and enhance project outcomes.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Builder or similar role in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
Ability to perform various construction tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
