Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and lifestyle, ensuring personalised and satisfying experiences.
Hair Styling: Demonstrate expertise in cutting, colouring, and styling hair for diverse clientele, staying updated on current trends and techniques.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest hair care products, tools, and techniques; recommend and sell products to clients for at-home maintenance.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with salon team members, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment following health and safety standards.
Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, attend relevant workshops or training sessions, and share knowledge with the team.
Appointment Management: Effectively manage appointment schedules, ensuring punctuality and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling skills.
Valid NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
Strong customer service orientation.
