Summary
Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for a Bakery/Confectionary Production Supervisor to join our established client on a permanent basis and play a key role in the continued success of a thriving baking and confectionary company!
As a Bakery/Confectionary Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing a team of Production Workers, which includes carrying out performance reviews and disciplinary meetings
- Quality checking on a regular basis
- Liaising with Team Leaders, Managers and Senior workers to ensure all aspects of production run smoothly
- Preparing reports outlining performance
- Ensuring all company policies are followed strictly
The ideal Bakery/Confectionary Production Supervisor will have:
- Previous experience in a management/supervisory role
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
