Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our domiciliary care agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Locations: Merseyside, Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 (plus 6months bonus and commission on every client)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Create and facilitate relationships and dialogue with prospective clients within the healthcare industry.
Experience:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Familiarity with strategic planning processes.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to drive is required.
