A Carpenter is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
What does a Carpenter role entail:
- Must be able to fit a kitchen
- Must be able to hang doors
- Must be able to fit skirting boards and change locks
- General carpentry repairs
Requirements for the Carpenter role:
- Must be able to deal with tenants/ have social housing experience
- Must have basic tools (Power tools will be provided)
- Must be qualified within carpentry NVQ or City & Guilds
- Full Driving License - Mobile role

- Monday to Friday 08.00am-17:00pm
