Summary
Title: General Office Assistant
Location: London
Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm & 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Up to £28,000

Our client in London requires a General Office Assistant responsible for providing print, post, couriers, porterage, meeting room set ups support to the department. Previous experience in a corporate office background is essential.
Candidate Responsibilities:
• Assisting with copying, scanning and printing requirements
• Sorting incoming/outgoing/internal post and regular delivery of post across the firm
• Booking and arranging couriers as required
• Monitor and order stationery supplies
• Reception cover and meeting room set ups (including moving furniture)
• General porterage duties
• Deliver an efficient archive & retrieval service to clients
• Liaise with off-site storage providers to process requests of records for delivery
Ideally you will have:
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient IT skills – MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
