Casual contract, £19 per hour
In the role of Sous Chef your responsibilities will involve supervising kitchen operations, hot and cold food delivery service, maintaining food service standards, ensuring allergen awareness, optimizing kitchen efficiency, and upholding food safety and hygiene compliance during events.
This is a Casual role, so the hours will depend on the number of shows at Co-op Live.
Knowledge, skills required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a proven track record in culinary operations and a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
