Summary

Night Support Worker Location: Hayward Care Centre, Devizes Pay rate: £12.75 Contracted hours: 48 ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an experienced Support Worker with a preference for working nights? Our Support Workers make a real difference to our residents every day and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general, you’ll also be supporting residents with their personal care needs and providing companionship. You’ll be expected to carry out light household duties to ensure that the household and resident’s rooms are kept clean and tidy, involving residents where it’s appropriate to do so. You’ll understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our

You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes. .Hayward Care Centre, named after a local WW1 veteran, Reginald Hayward VC is located on the outskirts of the Wiltshire town of Devizes. The home offers compassionate, individualised residential, dementia and respite care for up to 80 residents.
