Founders Associate (London - Hybrid) Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing financial education company as a Founders Associate. Based in London with flexibility to work hybrid, you will serve as the right-hand to the founder and support the execution of their vision to make Finance education globally accessible.
As Founders Associate, you will get exposure to all aspects of running a dynamic education business:
- Attending key meetings and calls along side or as the founders representative
- Drafting presentations
- Managing the CEO's schedule and calendar to optimise their time
- Coordinating across departments to ensure alignment with company goals
- Conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Helping prepare for key company initiatives like new course launches
To excel as a Founders Associate, you will need:
