We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated compliance administrator to join our Temporary Staffing Service Team within the Corporate directorate, based in Fulbourn, Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance a team.

Assist in the provision of a robust, efficient and effective recruitment service for Temporary Staffing Services in accordance with employment legislation and the Trust recruitment and selection policy and NHS guidelines.

To maintain a highly effective training system to ensure all staff are complaint with mandatory training

• To support the Compliance Lead to provide a comprehensive, high quality recruitment administrative support by undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks. Including uploading documentation to the trust recruitment system TRAC.
• To assist in the maintenance of a training system to ensure all staff are complaint with mandatory training
• To work on own initiative and exercise judgement whether advice needs to be taken by the Compliance Lead.
• To work flexibly to respond to fluctuations in the workload across the range of duties included in the role.
• Creates and assists the implementation and maintaining of effective spreadsheets and letters making maximum use of technology.
• Create and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels internally and externally.
• Assist in the review of processes and assist in the implementation of improvements as required whilst maintaining quality processes throughout.
• Assist the Compliance Lead in ensuring that all recruitment files and records are maintained and stored appropriately.
• Schedule Meetings/Interviews and Inductions for the Compliance Administrator, Compliance Lead & Clinical Lead as appropriate and arranging the appropriate paperwork for the meeting.
• Assist in interviews & Induction process as required.
• Ensure excellent customer service by providing a professional and effective telephone service via teams.
