Summary
Rapier Employment are recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our well-established client based in Radley, Oxfordshire to join their expanding team.
Job role: Yard Operative
Salary: £13.00 per hour - Overtime paid on higher rate
Expected hours: 45 hours per week
Duties to include and are not limited to:
- Cleaning equipment and making sure the washer is maintained.
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy at all times.
- Support with loading and unloading of trucks when/if required.
- Complete paperwork when required and provide to supervisor.
- Flexible to travel to customer sites when/if required to support with installation of equipment.
- The role is Monday to Friday but overtime is available through the week and weekend.
As a Yard Operative, you will need to have good communication skills and time management and be able to work as part of a team and independent. This is a physical role and requires someone to be outside in all weather conditions.
Due to the location of site, you will need to have a licence and own transport. No public transport is available in the area.

CSCS is beneficial, but not essential as they will put you through the appropriate level.
