The Role:
• Provide Islamic education and training through different means i.e. sermons, lectures, study circles and weekend retreats etc.
• Network and engage with local community to raise the profile of Dawat-e-Islami
• Support Dawat-e-Islami's fund raising campaigns
• Work with other Mosques and Islamic institutions to improve coordination and cooperation
• Prepare and submit regular reports to Regional Manager and respond in timely manner for all/any queries raised by the senior management
• Attend staff and management meetings and training as and when required
• Coordinate between various operational departments of Dawat-e-Islami and lead the one of the key operational departments of Dawat-e-Islami as its area manager
• Lead and motivate subordinates in achieving targets

Essential Requirements:
• Full driving license and ability to travel long distances
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good Qur'an recitation skills are required but training will be provided to overcome any shortcomings
• Fundamental and in-depth knowledge about Salah and its pre-conditions
• Passionate about raising achievement and providing the best possible Islamic education for all
• Ability to work on own initiative and identify new opportunities
• Ability to relate well to young people and adults
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Participate in ongoing training for continued professional development (Organisational & professional)
• Self-motivated, organised and professional

Desirable skills:
• Successfully completed Alim course or a similar Islamic course
• Successfully completed Hifz course
• Successfully completed Qiraat course
• Good standard of IT skills
