Summary
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our established engineering manufacturing company located in North Kent.
You will be performing a wide variety of tasks, including using power/hand tools and machinery, including lifting and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. You need the ability to follow instructions, have attention to detail and be keen to learn.
You will gain a good understanding of sheet metal fabrication and laser/punch manufacturing in mild steel, stainless steel and other metals.
Motivation and a good work ethic will fit well with our team, in which management is also hands on.
40-hour week – Monday to Friday
Regular paid overtime at time and a half.
5 weeks paid holiday.
Modern technology/machinery and a clean working environment.
