Summary
About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking to recruit CCTV Operators (Enforcement) to join our team on a casual worker basis.
- Analysing enforcement data, by identifying potential contraventions and initiating the process for issuing a penalty charge notice by inputting and processing of data and images on the processing system.
- Carry out pre shift equipment checks and test the functionality of the cameras.
- Maintain records as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the operation and to provide audit information.
- Report any defects with signs or lines
- Ensure parking equipment is working correctly and report defects promptly
- Act as ambassadors for the Council, undertaking any others tasks as directe
- To be successful in the role you will need:
- Previous customer service experience in a demanding environment such as a hospitality or call centre environment (desirable)
- The ability to follow instructions and to work within a closely managed operation
- A flexible approach to working hours
