Summary
The following are the core responsibilities working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and high-quality care. Childhood and adult vaccinations Health promotion Chronic diseases management (diabetes, COPD and asthma) Womens health: cervical cytology and contraception advise and reviews Venepuncture Wound care managing leg ulcers, doppler assessments and compressions ensuring infection control guidelines are maintained Travel health Removal of sutures and staples ECGs Chaperone patients where necessary
