Subsidised childcare for staff
We are excited to announce that we have been invited to bring our expertise and touch of magic to a brand-new setting to provide high quality affordable childcare at RAF Honington. The nursery is due to open in June and we are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to join us on our journey to grow the nursery into a thriving and stimulating environment for our children and employees.
Our new nursery is one of 15 settings in the RAFAKidz family. Initially we will have circa 20 employees and places for 80 children. You will be supported by our wider management team including an Operations Manager, Operations Director and our amazing HR team.
As one of our newest nursery settings, you can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting, using many of the tools and resources RAFAKidz have already developed, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will bring with you a strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the very best outcomes for our children. We offer subsidised childcare for colleagues to be able to bring their children with them, high quality up-to-date training including using our software to electronically record your observations and updates. You’ll have ample annual leave and time off to relax and recharge over the Christmas period. We will give you a great induction experience, training and development opportunities and you’ll be learning on the job from leading practitioners in the industry!
