Summary
- Maintenance Operative required to start work ASAP for a leading student accommodation provider in Bristol City Centre
- You will be responsible for carrying out basic reactive maintenance repairs across a range of student accommodation properties
- Basic carpentry, plumbing and decorating repairs will be required, so experience in this field is essential.
- Ideally, you will also have experience in working in a maintenance repairs role previously
- A recognised trade qualified is preferred, however not essential
- Working 8-4 Monday to Friday
- Initial 12 week temporary contract, with the view to a permanent position
