Summary
Nursery Assistant Needed
I have been working closely with a fantastic Nursery located in Rubery for the last 3 years, providing them with long-term staff; many of whom have gone on to work permanently at the setting.
I am currently looking for someone to join their Team, working in the 2-year-old room. This post is full time and will involve having your own group of key children, with the possibility of leading to a permanent contract for the right person.
The Nursery has a fantastic reputation, and has a really warm and friendly feel to it. The staff are all very welcoming, down-to-earth and make you feel part of the team straight away.
Job Specification
The successful Assistant will need:
• A minimum of 6 months experience working in a EYFS setting
• Strong initiative
• A kind and caring nature
• A genuine passion for making a difference in a child's life
• A hard-working attitude and strong initiative
