Summary

As one of Scotland's leading Care providers we are currently looking to appoint an “Experienced Senior Care Home Administrator” within one of our Glasgow Care Homes in Castlemilk.

The Senior Care Home Administrator is part of the overall care team and will have contact on a daily basis with our residents, their relatives and friends. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, posses excellent communication skills whilst being fully competent in all aspects of general reception/ front of house work and comfortable in dealing with people from all backgrounds.

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week (9:00am to 5:00pm)

Key Tasks:

* Answering and diverting phone calls
* Meet and Greet
* Issuing Petty Cash & Reconciliation
* Filing, Typing, Photocopying, Mail
* Completing Master Timesheet – excel based
* Liaising with Head Office/ Admin Manager

Key Skills & Attributes:

* Previous Care Home Admin Experience
* Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Confidentiality Essential
* Generally Helpful & Personable
* Flexible
* May be asked to attend other homes from time to time for cover
