We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Office Team Leaders with excellent team working, problem solving, digital and interpersonal skills.
The Opportunity:
The School of Health in Social Science is looking for two highly skilled and experienced Teaching Office Team Leaders to provide a high standard of administrative support and subject area line management within our School Teaching Office.
The Team Leaders will support our team of administrators working with academic staff and undergraduate and postgraduate students studying our online and on campus programmes. Working alongside the Student Support Team, Senior Academic staff and the Head of Student and Academic Services the post holders will ensure continuity of service and seek improvement and process alignment opportunities across the diverse range of programmes offered by the School.
Your skills and attributes for success:
Experience of supervising staff, training and developing individuals and team building
Ability to analyse and solve problems with an appreciation of longer-term implications
Proven interpersonal and communication skills, ability to positively influence and negotiate with colleagues
Excellent organisation and time management skills to plan and organise administrative activities.
