Summary
Hiring an experienced Legal Secretary for a permanent full-time or part time role supporting our client’s family team based in Stockton-on-Tees.
This is a full-time role (36.25 hours per week) with part time and flexible working patterns an option, allowing some opportunity for 1 to 2 days per week working from home, following initial training.
You will be working for a firm who provides specialist legal advice to private clients and businesses across the North East, in return for a comprehensive benefits package including enhance pension schemes; generous holidays including your birthday off; discounted legal services; life insurance and wellbeing and mental health support (to name just a few!).
You will ideally have excellent IT, audio typing, and strong communication skills to enjoy working in this busy environment, showing compassion to clients and embracing the team environment.
You will be:
• Managing files on the Proclaim case management system
• Performing AML searches and checking client ID
• Preparing bundles and forms for court, and monthly bills
• Completing file notes, statements, letters and typing audio dictation
• Occasionally supporting other teams
