Summary


TransUnion UK Consumer Interactive (TUCI) serves consumers via B2B2C relationships. The business has benefitted from growth in recent years and as it matures needs increased focus on service excellence and client retention/growth into new products and markets. This role is responsible for achievement of an annual revenue target for both our Consumer Line of Business (LOB) and B2B2C sector in the UK.Day to Day You'll Be:
To Manage the TUCI Sales Team and be part of the TUCI Leadership Team
To achieve an annual revenue target for both our Consumer Line of Business (LOB) and B2B2C sector
To develop industry relationships within the sector and strategic alliances to increase and drive revenues across the TU portfolio.
Ensure sales Pipeline always has the necessary coverage taking and reporting what remedial action is required, if the pipeline is short.
To lead, coach and manage a sales team to ensure the revenue targets are met and the portfolio of Consumer solutions are sold into new and existing clients including hiring, training, and developing staff, setting KPIs for team members and to provide end to end sales leadership and accountability for the sales performance of their team.
Responsible for creating a positive work environment, setting performance goals, and providing feedback and guidance to team members.
To collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders at an enterprise level to ensure business and revenue opportunities are maximised.
Oversees the negotiation of client contracts and support in commercial structuring.
To be part of the Consumer Leadership team setting the strategy and managing the whole Consumer LOB team including team motivation, annual and quarterly strategy, reporting to International CI, problem solving, team event co-ordination,

Maintain a strong awareness of the market, both clients and competitors, and provide valuable information back to the business.
To collaboratively work with Group Marketing, Consumer Client Success, Operations and Product Management to maximise revenue opportunities.
Comply and adhere to all FCA regulations including TCF and Consumer Duty whilst building out knowledge of upcoming regulation and external influencing bodies.
Work with and build good relationships with Business Partners from across the business to ensure all people, product, finance, legal & Compliance and marketing activities are executed and managed consistently to Company standards.
Work with and build good relationships with other international region Sales leads to ensure good practice and cross border opportunities are capitalised.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in data or software related businesses.
Strong client and customer service ethos.
Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
Proven experience in a sales role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Present at large scale internal and external events industry events as a thought leader in Consumer solutions
Proven ability to manage opportunities across a multiple individual and stakeholders.
Planning and management experience working directly with senior management and Executives.
A strong understanding of the Consumer B2b2B market·Excellent presentation skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
