Summary

Join us as a Digital Relationship Manager

  • You’ll be providing digital and telephony based support to new and existing customers, providing them with products and services to help with their business needs

  • Although most of your time will be spent working from home, you’ll also spend 1 day each week, or as required, working from our Rotherham hub to collaborate and connect with your colleagues

What you'll do

We’ll look to you to put our customers at the heart of everything you do as you provide outstanding digital and telephony based support to them. Through an excellent customer experience, you’ll meet your customer’s needs by building rapport and trust with them in order to identify, promote and deliver the most appropriate product and service options, including helping customers access self-serve and digital channels.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer focused solutions through a thorough understanding of our products and services and an awareness of the external marketplace
  • Building strong internal relationships to generate new business opportunities via digital offerings
  • Managing customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively to deliver an outstanding customer service
  • Delivering key income and service results, ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory, operational, compliance, credit and key control processes
  • Continuously and constructively challenging barriers to business and customer led process improvement

The skills you'll need

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential for this role, whether digitally or over the phone, and you’ll be able to anticipate your customer’s needs and exceed their expectations. You’ll have excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as a flexible approach to working with other teams.

On top of this, you’ll bring:

  • An awareness of contract hires and the external autos market
  • Knowledge and experience of all sales processes and policies
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, setting own priorities and working to defined deadlines
  • A proven ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation and adhere to sales processes and procedures
