Summary
Title: Machine Operative / Forklift Truck Driver The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit an experienced Machine Operative/Forklift Driver to work at our client's busy manufacturing site, based in Segensworth, Fareham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that offers growth, progression and development!
Duties to include, but not limited to: Working in the factory of a metal manufacturer and supplier Operating saws and machines, including circular and beam Helping to cut metals to specific measurements Driving a forklift truck to put metals up into rackings Maintaining health and safety standards and a clean working environment Previous experience in machine operating, as well as a valid counterbalance forklift license, are essential to be considered for this role. This is for an immediate start, and a full-time, ongoing position. The company are likely to offer a permanent contract after a 12-week qualifying period, depending on performance and attendance.
Working hours are 07:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
Starting pay rate will be £11.44 per hour.
