Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a high-end white goods supplier based in Weybridge.
You will be working as a Drivers Mate; you will assist drivers in the delivery process of white goods and furniture.
The role is customer facing and the client is well known with an excellent reputation requiring high professional standards from their staff. Heavy lifting plays a major part in this role so the ideal applicant will need to be physically fit and able to deal with the physicality of the job.
As this is a heavy customer facing role the ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the English language, both written & spoken.
After a successful induction you will be given shifts on a rota from Monday to Saturday, you must be available any 4 out of 6 days, on either a 6am or a 10:30am start time meaning candidates must be flexible. (Shifts will be approx. 11 hours).
The pay structure for the shifts are as follows: 6am Shift: £12.95p/h with overtime of £19.43p/h after 41hrs per week 10:30am shift: £13.30 with overtime of £19.96p/h after 41hrs per week Due to the location candidates must be punctual with good timekeeping and they must either have their own transport or be able to reliably get to the site for 6am.
What we are looking for: Physically fit due to heavy lifting involved. Good timekeeping Good understanding of the English language both spoken & written Local or can easily commute due to the early shift times. Benefits: Weekly Pay Pension Scheme alongside personal accident insurance. Potential permanent position after a successful trial period. 28 Days holiday per year with bank holidays included. Ability to commute/relocate:
Weybridge, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
