Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey where you can make a real difference in young adults' lives? Look no further! Dimensions is offering an exciting opportunity for compassionate and energetic individuals to become Support Workers in Shrewsbury.

You'll be part of our close-knit team providing support to four vibrant young adults, each with their own busy lives and a wide scope of interests ranging from cinema to musical theatre, dancing, and music. Family is very important to each of our young adults, so your ability to collaborate closely with the families will be essential.

They would also like support with their daily living skills - whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen, keeping their home sparkling clean and cozy, guidance with their food shopping to help them make savvy choices, and supporting with the washing to ensure their wardrobe is always fresh and fabulous. You will also be there for them when they need a helping hand with personal care, providing support with dignity and respect every step of the way.

What shifts are available?

- 7am-3pm / 2pm-10pm / sleep in (required one a week).

- We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends. Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!

Do you share our values?
Ambition
- helping people to be the best they can be
Courage - being brave enough to make a difference
Integrity - being honest and fair in all the things we do
Partnership - working with other people to make a bigger difference
Respect - treating everyone fairly and knowing that everyone's voice is important

If the answer is YES, we would love you to come and join us in supporting four young adults. We will provide you with full induction and fully paid training when you join us. In addition to regular 1-2-1s and annual appraisals, we will help you develop and progress your career. Worried about monthly pay?
