Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse
We are working with a local NHS Trust who are seeking a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join their team in Romford.
Department: Mental Health and Wellness Team North
Location: Community based in Romford
Rate of pay: £27 p/h Umbrella
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
Key responsibilities:
• Manage a defined allocated caseload within a community setting.
• Participate in ward reviews, placements reviews, arrange and attend CPA reviews.
• Assessment of new referrals.
• Liaising with other services (inpatients services/Other Community Mental Health Services)
Requirements:
• Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• Preferred experience of working within a Community Recovery Team
