Key Job Responsibilities


Bar Maintenance
Cellar Management
Assist with receiving and storage of goods
Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
Assists with preparations for food and beverage functions and service
Assists with cellar operations
Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including:

Cleaning f equipment
Cleaning and maintaining glassware and china fr service
Preparatin of bar station
Serving f beverages
Table service
Recrding of replacement stock
Billing prcedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy


Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled


Accountable for:

Self-Management


Comply with hotel rules and regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
Comply with company grooming and uniform standards
Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies
Actively participate in training and development programmes and maximise opportunities for self-development


Customer Service


Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include: -

being attentive t guests
accurately and prmptly fulfilling guest requests
understand and anticipate guest needs
maintain a high level f knowledge which will enhance the guest experience
demnstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
take apprpriate action to resolve guest complaints


Appreciate the dynamic nature of the hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers
Be able to promote the hotel products and services
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all Cycas Hospitality hotels and Marriott Hotels Group hotels in your region
