We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Atholl Arms Dunkeld. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness behind the scenes to ensure smooth operation.
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. Key Responsibilities
Dishwashing: Cleaning and sanitising dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Surface and Equipment Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and assist with equipment cleaning
Waste Management: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and manage recycling
Stock Management: Receive, store, and rotate food and kitchen supplies
Food Preparation Support: Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
Service Assistance: Help during service by replenishing supplies and clearing tables
Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
