The Planned care division is seeking an exceptional Assistant Operational Manager. The successful candidate will be focusing on creating the best possible experience for our patients and our staff.

If you understand business planning, RTT, can solve a staffing challenge, and relish working with front line clinical staff to improve our services, we may have the role for you!

You should have an undergraduate degree, or be in the process of gaining one, and experience with line managing staff.
