We are currently working with a highly reputable primary school in [Location Confidential] to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team starting in September 2024.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EYFS Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a love for learning and supporting the holistic development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the individual needs and interests of children in the EYFS.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independence.
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum effectively, incorporating a blend of child-led and adult-led activities.
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the holistic development and well-being of all children.
- Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community.
