Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young learners? We are proud to partner with an SEMH school in Hemel Hempstead, seeking experienced Behaviour Support Assistants to join their team as soon as possible.

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting children with behavioural difficulties. In this role, you'll provide one-to-one support to students both in class and within group settings. Your primary focus will be on delivering learning support, ensuring each student receives the highest standard of care and education.

Key Skills and Experiences Required:
- Previous experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviour and/or mental health issues
- Demonstrated experience in support roles with children and young people with diverse needs
- Proficiency in implementing effective learning strategies
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated to making a difference
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with both learners and colleagues
