Dementia Care TLC Limited we are a small community care agency based in Bridgwater and Burnham on sea looking after our clients in their own homes in various ways sitting service personal care community access community care, means we know exactly what it’s like to do the job all managers have been out and worked in the community and know our amazing clients, we want to make our staff and clients lives better.

You will have a driving licence and access to a car and be able to work every other weekend.
