Summary


North Tees and Hartlepool Solutions (NTH Solutions) is a limited liability partnership subsidiary of North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust (NTHFT) set up to deliver a range of non-clinical Estates, Facilities and Procurement services across the Trust. The company is a separate legal body to North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.

NTH Solutions is looking to appoint a Head of People Experience on a full time basis. Candidates will have previous experience working as senior communications and engagement professional looking to develop their career in a challenging environment. You will provide leadership, advice and guidance on all communications matters enabling NTH Solutions to optimise operational performance and strategic growth.

This role will lead on communications across the company and will provided advice and support to the Managing Director and Director of HR on the company communications strategy.

The role is important for ensuring all NTH Solutions communications are aligned to company vision, values and and its priorities. The role will lead on communications planning, delivery and engagement across the company with priority areas for staff engagement, branding, company vision and values and the roll out of any new technology developments and or systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading, developing, implementing and evaluating innovative strategic communications campaigns that draw on the use of media and PR, events, digital and social, and internal communications to deliver exceptional results.

• Providing advice and guidance to directors and managers on the importance of communications in delivering company priorities and business objectives.

• Working as part of a multi disciplinary team including marketing, digital and HR to ensure co-ordinated communications that align across the company.

• Fostering close working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of communications.

• Planning, management and overall responsibility for content across a range of internal and external channels, maintaining quality standards and consistency across communications along with a drive to continuously improve.
