Essential Attributes: It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Head of Operations or similar role, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a degree-level qualification or equivalent.
Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency, particularly in working with technical products and new product development, is highly desirable.
Lean Manufacturing Skills: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools is advantageous, as is an understanding of current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and best practices.
Quality Management Expertise: Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO9001 certification is beneficial, as is experience in driving effective procurement processes and systems.
