Summary
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join work with us at our new Norwich electric bike shop opening in June. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bicycle sales and customer service, with a drive to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service. The applicant is required to have a working knowledge of intermediate bicycle repair and maintenance and an aptitude to learn. Ongoing training and guidance is offered to the candidate. Bonus scheme based on sales performance with potential to increase annual pay to £40k+.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that best suit them
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the bicycle sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
