Summary
To work as part of a team and to work within the agreed framework of policies and procedures within the nursery
To maintain high standards of safety and hygiene at all times;
To establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
To plan and prepare exciting play opportunities that meet all children’s developmental needs and stimulates their learning and integration within the nursery
To observe and assess children’s development and keep accurate records of their achievements
To liaise with the management and attend meetings requested or when necessary; working effectively as part of a team
Respect the confidentiality of information received
To attend further training
