Primary responsibilities:
Telesales staff/customer service
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telesales techniques.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert leads into sales.
Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services offered.
Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about products/services.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other team members.
Document all communication and sales activities accurately.
Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall sales and customer service objectives.
Time:
9am- 5pm - (mon-frid)
