With six partners and a team of over 50 staff members, we offer a dynamic and rewarding workplace where every team member plays a vital role in our mission to deliver high-quality patient care. **Role Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our team at Tulasi Medical Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, promoting preventive healthcare measures, and contributing to our ongoing efforts to enhance patient access, quality of care, and service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Clinical Care:** Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, managing long-term illnesses, and promoting preventive health measures. 2. **Quality Improvement (QI) Projects:** Collaborate with colleagues on QI projects aimed at improving clinical outcomes, patient safety, and service delivery. Take a lead role in initiatives related to Smear Tests and Childhood Immunisations, ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines. 3. **Teaching and Mentorship:** Support our goal of becoming a teaching practice by providing mentorship and supervision to medical students and trainee GPs. Share your knowledge and expertise through educational sessions and clinical supervision. 4. **Improving Access:** Work with our team to identify and implement strategies for improving patient access to healthcare services. This may include optimising appointment scheduling, offering extended hours, and exploring alternative consultation methods such as telemedicine and e-consults. 5. **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and clinical audits to review patient care, coordinate services, and identify areas for improvement.
