Summary
At Vulcan we are seeking a highly organized and experienced hands on Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations at our worksite. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations at the worksite
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members
- Help other members with daily task jobs, such a assembling products
- CNC operation training will be given
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor work progress and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Address any issues or concerns raised by team members or clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Train new employees on work procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of work activities and employee performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using computer software and applications
