About the role

An exciting opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team has become available. You\'ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your function and act as a brand advocate for Tesco whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role would suit a Talent Acquisition Partner with experience within an agency or internal recruitment environment and has supported both Legal and Finance teams in a recruitment capacity.

The Hiring Manager for this vacancy is Lynda Jackson.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process including taking specifications, stakeholder management, agreeing timescales, resourcing CVs, interviews and offer management
  • Maintaining and sustaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring the right routines are followed.
  • Proactively sourcing talent and build pipelines, through appropriate channels i.e social media, networking
  • Building passive candidate talent pools.
  • Providing regular updates to the Hiring Manager on the resourcing progress against specific roles
  • Managing the relationship with external partners e.g.. recruitment agencies/advertising agencies.
  • Managing the relationship with internal stakeholders and People (HR) team with your relevant areas
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the structure, objectives, strategy and key stakeholders within your relevant areas
  • Providing your relevant areas with regular market information from both internal and external sources
  • Develop and deliver recruitment strategies and ideas for your function
  • Provide credible and consultative advice and support to Hiring Managers during the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Develop and deliver EVP messaging through attraction channels including Social Media and professional networking
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
