What does this Registered Manager job involve?
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week - Shifts: 09:00 - 17:00
As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring Choice Global’s continued compliance with relevant legislation. Working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team you will ensure the provision of a high quality service enabling individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with available resources.

Am I the right person for this Registered Manager job?
It's essential that you have been a Registered Manager with CQC previously and can demonstrate a record of consistently managing a a good/outstanding care service.
You'll need to demonstrate an excellent knowledge and the ability to implement CQC standards
You'll be a good developer of staff, ensuring that staff are able to implement positive change
You'll have skills in developing positive relationships with stakeholders, including local authority and families
You'll need the QCF level 5 or equivalent in social care
You'll have managed and worked in adult social care providing care and support for older adults and people with Dementia.
