Summary
We’re looking for a full-time maintenance technician to join our maintenance team in this friendly family business.
You will work full time 45 – 47.5 hours a week (Mon – Fri) in a small team completing general maintenance around the garage and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks, ranging from changing a lightbulb to fixing a leak.
You will be expected to:
• Respond to maintenance issues
• Carry out routine maintenance
• Promptly and accurately report any damage to the company assets
We’d love to hear from you if you are a self-motivated and hardworking team player with drive, ambition, energy, and enthusiasm. You will have:
• Technical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry, Plumbing or
Single Phase Electrics) – Essential
• City And Guilds / NVQ 2 or equivalent in Plumbing / Carpentry /
• Painting / Plastering / Air-Con
• Basic plumbing, carpentry & electrical skills
• Proven experience in property maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• IT literacy in internet browsers and Microsoft Office
• A Full UK driver’s license
