Summary
This will include but is not limited to:
*Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, when required.
*Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
*Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
*Light Housekeeping: Assisting with light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
*Transportation: Providing transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Giving them the freedom and choice when require
In addition to this, Field Support responsibilities will include, attending service reviews to ensure our Care Pro's are practising the current standards of Home Instead delivery of care, as well as the high standards they we practice for our CQC rating. Also ensuring that they are happy as well as the clients, our values are: fairness, reliable, honesty, supporting and happiness, Field support Care Pro's will ensure all these values are met.
This is a split role 20% Field Support, 80% Care Professional.
