Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management Mastery: Take the helm of the car park refurbishment, orchestrating every aspect from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  2. Team Leadership Excellence: Inspire and guide on-site teams, instilling a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork, while maintaining high morale and productivity levels.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with clients, local authorities, and utility providers, navigating regulatory frameworks and facilitating smooth project progression.
  4. Connoisseur of Quality Assurance: Oversee the meticulous execution of concrete structures and repairs, conducting thorough inspections and implementing robust quality control protocols.
  5. Risk Mitigation Maestro: Identify potential pitfalls in highways, utilities, or structural elements, proactively devising strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
  6. Transparent Reporting: Keep stakeholders abreast of project developments through regular, comprehensive progress reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forthcoming milestones.

Requirements:

  • Trailblazing Track Record: Demonstrated expertise as a Site Agent or in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of success in delivering complex construction projects.
  • Master of Regulations: Profound understanding of highways regulations, utility infrastructure dynamics, and advanced concrete construction methodologies.
  • Leader Extraordinaire: Exceptional leadership prowess with a knack for motivating and managing diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Communications Virtuoso: Superb interpersonal skills, adept at forging strong relationships, negotiating effectively, and navigating multifaceted stakeholder landscapes.
  • Obsession with Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail coupled with an unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Educational Credentials: Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
